This top-up system is developed to deliver great customer service.

  • Is creating a User Account charged? What are the requirements and benefits?

    Free! There are no charges applied for this account. Simply by having an active email, you can top-up your satellite phone units directly whenever and wherever you are. You don’t need to come to the outlet or contact the Customer Service Provider.

  • What services are provided by this online Top-Up website?

    We only sell Thuraya prepaid airtime. To buy a SIM card or Thuraya handsets, you can visit our Company Profile website www.mss.id or contact Customer Service.

  • How to purchase airtime units here?

    Please select the unit amount and the price as well. Then, enter the registered mobile number and select which payment method you prefer to use, then do payment to confirm your transaction.

  • Do buyer receive a purchase invoice? Where can I find it?

    Yes, of course. Once the orders are fulfilled, all of the transaction reports will appear in the transaction table, and you can print the Invoice by clicking print button. Or, you can save it as a PDF file.

  • Besides this website, can I recharge my phone minutes through alternative platforms?

    This website is specifically built to meet our customer’s needs of an easy online prepaid mobile recharge.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

  • How do I make a payment?

    You need to select the available payment methods to finish your recharge payment. Please transfer the correct amount as stated on the payment page.

  • Is there a refund policy if I mistakenly transferred some money? What are the conditions?

    You can contact our Customer Service regarding the refund policy.

  • What if I have made a payment, but my prepaid card has expired, or is not a prepaid but postpaid SIM? Can the payment be fully refunded?

    You would probably like to change the wrong number with another prepaid satellite SIM card before requesting a refund. Alternatively we can put the airtime onto another SIM card.

  • Is the refund system here full, partial, or applied some fees to cover bank charges??

  • What Prepaid SIM Cards can be recharged here?

    All active Thuraya Prepaid SIM cards, including NovaPlus Prepay SIM and Thuraya IP Prepaid SIM.

  • Can I top up airtime units for other people?

    Yes, please enter your satellite cellphone number when you fill in the details in the Top-Up form.

  • Can I top up satellite airtime units collectively, more than 1 satellite cellphone number?

    Yes, you can follow the steps we have given in the COLLECTIVE TOP-UP option.

  • Is there a maximum Top-Up limit applied in Thuraya Top-Up system? How many?

    The number of units and the prices can be seen in the Price List menu. If your Top-Up needs exceed the available options, please contact our Live Chat for further assistance.

  • How long does it take to receive my prepaid units?

    Once your payment has been verified by our system, the Top-Up will be processed immediately and it is available for use.

  • What is the status of my order?

    After you proceed to checkout and your payment is confirmed, you can see the transaction ID provided by the system. The transaction ID displays the latest status of your transaction. Your transaction status will change from On Progress status to a Successful Transaction. On the table of Successful Transactions, you will be able to print invoices or download PDFs directly.

  • Where can I review my account and my transaction history?

    You can review transaction history and other things by logging into the registered account. On the website’s main page, please go to “View Transactions”.

  • What happens if I don't pay for my order?

    We cannot process your transaction. Please send payment immediately according to the payment method you have chosen.

  • Will the active period of my prepaid SIM card extended after being recharged?

    The validity period of your entire prepaid airtime balance will be extended by 365 days from the recharge date.

  • How do I keep my Thuraya prepaid SIM and the airtime active?

    You can reserve 39 units balance on a day before the expiration date. It is used for the annual fee to extend the validity period automatically.

  • What is the validity period of a satellite prepaid SIM card?

    The SIM card status is considered valid once it has been provisioned under the Thuraya Service Provider. The initial SIM validity period of the satellite prepaid card is 365 days that can be extended.

  • What is the difference between the VALID status and the ACTIVE status of a satellite prepaid SIM card?

    VALID status is the status of a prepaid card that has been activated by the system. Meanwhile, the ACTIVE status is when the prepaid card has been used for the first time (first call). The active period is valid for 365 days. On the due date, if the prepaid card has sufficient credit for the renewal fee, the system will deduct the remaining balance. And if the balance is insufficient, the prepaid card will enter a grace period for the next 90 days.
